U of Memphis hosts Tiger Con 2011

For those of you in Memphis and the surrounding area, the University of Memphis will be housing a new anime convention called Tiger Con. The event will take place in the University Center, May 13-15. I am very pumped that my college will be bringing the con phenomenon to Bluff City. I'm going to have a lolita accessory booth, so stop by! :3 I'll have tons of cute stuff.

Well, guys. I finally decided to get a new editing program. :) After years of mastering WMM to the fullest extent, I know every inch of it, and frankly, I'm getting bored. I'm an aspiring filmmaker, and that is the degree I'm working on. However, not owning a Mac is a hindrance, and I have to resort to either my colleges Macs (few and far between....), or getting an amazing program for Windows that won't brutally murder my laptop. Sooo, days of critiquing tons of trial downloads, etc., I've finally decided to get Cyberlink PowerDirector 8 Deluxe. Ugh, what a lengthy title..... 8( It allowes for green screen production, alog with gads of other effects, transitions and such. And all for about $60. It's no iMovie, but it's good enough for me. :)

Shiki Hiatus is Almost Over! xD

I, for one, am extremely excited. Shiki, the newest addition to the vampire genre, has been on a 3-week hiatus, for those of you who don't know. I have been chomping at the bit for a new episode, and hopefully, won't be dissapointed. :) Not to mention, the show left off on an extreme cliff-hanger. (Not tellin' ;3) The new episode should be out tomorrow, or the 22nd. If you haven't seen it, I suggest you watch it now, as in go to AnimeCrazy right NOW, and start a-watchin'. >:) The anime is a totally different take on vampires, so you will find no sparkle-skin, lovey-doveyness, or awkward triangles.

On another note, we just hit the MTAC 6-month mark! ^,^ Yahoooo! Now I can actually start my countdown to the best weekend ever, aside from my birthday... >,> My cosplays are pending, but I'm considering Blair from Soul Eater, Megumi from Shiki, Misaki from Kaichou wa Maid-sama, and a possible Ramona Flowers. And, this time, I hope to make some of my own cosplay... 8( Ugh, it gets pretty expensive, and this is my 5th MTAC, but 6th con, so I know a thing or two about how to blow money FAST.

Kuroshitsuji II Final Episode

The finale of Kuroshitsuji II aired last Thursday on AnimeCrazy.net, and I somehow found myself not surprised by the ending. Information has just taken the forums by storm as videos of the final boss of the 2D fighter Tatsunoko vs. Capcom surfaced. Apparently, you have to fight Yami, the final boss of Okami (PS2/Wii), and who will appear in all Three Forms.
